I’m Ana Novačić. I work at the intersection of design, fabrication and production. I help teams turn ambitious creative ideas into buildable scenic environments.

My work spans design, art direction, drafting, and creative operations for film, television, live and experiential events.

I support projects from early concept through build and install, with a focus on clarity, coordination, and decision-making that holds up under real-world constraints.

A member of IATSE Local 829, I work within scenic fabrication pipelines where accuracy, feasibility, and clear communication are essential.
